CONTRAINDICATIONS -
️Must be 18 years of age and can provide a valid driver's license or ID card.
️Must NOT be pregnant or breastfeeding.
️If you have keloids, or are prone to keloid scarring.
️If you are on Accutane, or have used Accutane in the past year.
️If you have any skin conditions such as Rosacea, Psoriasis, Eczema,
or Seborrheic Dermatitis on or around the treated area or excessive
sweating, it may affect your healing process.
️Must wait a minimum 2 weeks after Botox injections around the treated site.
️If you are heavily on medications, specifically any blood thinning medications
️If you are currently undergoing any cancer treatment. You must be
off of Chemo/Radiation for 6 months prior.
️If you have cardiac valve disease or suffer from any heart conditions.
️If you have epilepsy, diabetes, allergic reaction to latex or
antibiotics, hemophilia or other bleeding disorders.
️If you are diabetic, please consult your doctor. If you are diabetic
you need to email a doctors note to (PLEASE ADD YOUR EMAIL for
support)

POLICIES
Our goal is to always make sure you receive optimal results however,
due to different skin types and outside factors outside of our control
that could affect the final product, there are no guarantees.
We do require a deposit of £50 in order to book and confirm your
appointment. Please note that all deposits are non-refundable. The
deposit will be deducted from your overall cost. Cancellations will
automatically result in a forfeit of your deposit.

RESCHEDULE POLICY
A minimum of 48 hour notice is required to reschedule your appointment
without penalty. Less than 48 hours notice will result in the forfeit
of your deposit and a new deposit will be required to reschedule your
appointment. If you are feeling sick within the 48 hour period we ask
you please reschedule and provide us with a doctors note so that we
can transfer your deposit.

NO SHOW APPOINTMENTS
Failure to show up to your appointment without notice will result in a
charge of the full cost of the service to the card on file. You may
reschedule your appointment for another date however, it will be the
first available appointment which could be weeks/months out.
Please contact us if you are going to be late for your appointment.
Being more than 15 minutes late may result in a forfeit of your
deposit and the cancellation of your appointment. A new deposit will
be required for rebooking a new appointment.
A minimum of 2 appointments are recommended to achieve the most
consistent outcome. Additional appointments may be necessary to
achieve a desired results and will be charged accordingly.
Prices are subject to change at any time and may increase or vary in
the case of traveling and/or special circumstances.
